Rail ser­vice from the Santa Fe rail­way also con­nects Hewitt to major dis­tri­b­u­tion cen­ters. The 900-acre McGre­gor Munic­i­pal Air­port, only 15 min­utes away, pro­vides air ser­vice for sin­gle– and multi-engine air­craft as well as heli­copters.
